The Level 2 EFT Workshop

Having done the introductory Level 1 EFT Workshop (or an equivalent workshop or skill set), the Level 2 EFT Workshop is the next step forward. The four primary modules that make up the Level 2 Workshop are described below and each segment involves hands-on experience in using the important EFT techniques introduced.
Even though the basic EFT tapping technique (as learnt in the introductory workshop and in the downloadable EFT manual) is very useful, can be easily learnt and often works effectively and quickly, there is much more to learn about how to use it if one is to successfully tackle and resolve complex emotional issues and painful memories deeply and thoroughly.
"EFT" stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques (plural) and all of the other EFT techniques include the use of the same EFT tapping technique (or a shortcut version thereof). A lot of the skill in using EFT is learning what to tap on, what to point the EFT technique at, at any stage when working on an issue.
In a nutshell, the Level 2 EFT Workshop teaches the essential EFT techniques, skills and strategies needed to get the most from using the EFT tapping technique. These are the most important strategies and techniques that open the door to deeper emotional healing and consistent results. These vital skills make a HUGE difference, but are not that hard to learn and can also be self-applied.
The Level 2 EFT workshop is recommended for anyone who is committed to their own emotional healing and personal growth and, of course, for those who will use EFT as lay (non-professional) practitioners or professionally. Even if you will only be self-applying EFT, you will be your own practitioner and, thus, the more knowledgable and skilled you are, the better. Having said that, the skills and strategies learnt on this workshop are critical for professional practitioners or coaches.
Those who do this EFT Workshop are invited to give some written feedback on the workshop or the module they have just done and their experiences with the EFT techniques. A selection of their comments and experiences can be viewed by clicking right here. There are many many more.
The pre-requisite for the Level 2 EFT workshop is an Introductory EFT workshop or the Level 1 EFT workshop (OR an equivalent skill set or introduction to the EFT tapping technique, such as being self-taught by downloading, studying and using the free EFT manual.
QUOTE: “If your training in EFT is limited to our EFT manual, please be reminded that you have just begun your EFT education. Although you may be pleased, or even thrilled, with your results there is much, much more that you can do with EFT. By comparison, if mastery of all of our video sets is equivalent to a PhD, then the EFT Manual has taken you through the 3rd grade.” - Gary Craig.
THE LEVEL 2 EFT WORKSHOP: The next Level 2 EFT workshop will be held on Saturday and Sunday, the 22nd & 23rd of November (10 AM to around 5 PM). The cost is $395 (or just $165 if re-doing it as a refresher to consolidate and enhance your skills). Lunch is included. A Level 2 certificate will be awarded on completion PLUS you will be eligible to attend the EFT practice sessions (which requires this level of skills).

The Level 2 EFT Workshop consists of four modules (i.e. 2 days or four mornings/afternoons/evenings) that progressively build up one's skills and confidence in using EFT. These modules teach the most important and essential foundational skills that are needed to get consistently excellent results from using EFT and to be able to make headway with challenging or resistant problems. These essential concepts, skills, techniques and strategies allow EFT to be used: (i) to get a much higher success rate, (ii) to heal emotional wounds more thoroughly and deeply for more permanent results and (iii) to expand and keep on expanding your comfort zones. They are also the foundation upon which more advanced skills can be built.
These skills are easily learnt and surprisingly easy to do and confidence grows as the workshop follows an easy and logical sequence. The important bits are all documented with easy-to-use reference cards for use when practicing the techniques and strategies - or when using them later.
On this workshop, you will explore, learn or practice:
Learning how to locate and resolve the various "aspects" of a problem is a BIG step forward as far as EFT knowledge and skills are concerned.
This segment is concerned with how to approach and work with persisting or complex issues, which usually have a number of contributing factors or "aspects" or are made up of various "components". Examples of "aspects" are: specific negative emotions and feelings, unhelpful beliefs, and painful memories. Learning how to identify and eliminate the various aspects or "pieces" of a problem in a systematic way opens the door to resolving the whole problem - and helps to ensure that it stays resolved.
These skills and strategies are extremely important and very useful even if your primary interest is to help yourself with EFT. And, there are MANY more opportunities to practice using the EFT tapping procedure (as in each of the modules).
EFT works marvellously well most of the time but knowing what to do when EFT is slow or does not work are important skills.
This part addresses what to do if progress seems to be somewhat slow or EFT doesn't seem to be working in some instances or when an unwanted emotional problem appears to "come back". This is important knowledge as such phenomena do occur at times and there are specific ways or approaches to deal with them. This will considerably enhance your success rate. Without this knowledge and skills, you may be stopped dead in your tracks and wont know what to do or attempt.
There will be information on impediments or "stoppers" that can sometimes inhibit EFT or even completely stop EFT from working (along with many other techniques). These impediments often lie behind self-sabotaging behaviour and can manifest as sub-conscious opposition to overcoming a certain problem. Some effective ways to deal with them will be explored.
Learning how to resolve emotionally painful experiences is exceptionally useful for anyone who uses EFT (professionally or non-professionally including those who mainly or wholly self-apply EFT). This segment, together with the Dealing with Aspects segment, cover the most critical skills needed to consistently get good results and to heal issues more thoroughly and deeply.
Participants further develop their EFT skills by learning how to use EFT to gently resolve unresolved experiences that contain emotional pain. Such experiences are the "core aspects" of most problems. This includes learning and experiencing the simple but amazingly effective "Tell the Story" EFT technique. However, there are four EFT techniques for working with painful memories which you will be introduced to (and which are all documented).
This segment will help to take your EFT skills to a new level of effectiveness and will give you much more confidence in using it with others (no matter how big or minor the problem is). And, you become much more adept and effective at using EFT with yourself.
Please note that this workshop does not make you a professional trauma therapist (even though these techniques and skills are amazingly effective in that context). If you or a contact is severely or overwhelmingly traumatized or you encounter a situation that is beyond your current skills, recognize when to refer him/her to a professional and experienced EFT practitioner. Nonetheless, these tools give you some amazingly effective ways to resolve painful memories - and everyone has some of these!
This part of the workshop focuses mainly on how to use EFT to expand your comfort zones. EFT can be proactively used to improve your performance in selected areas of your life and as a tool for personal growth.
Attendees will learn and practice the very popular Choices Method which helps to introduce choices into areas of our lives where we feel we have had no or few choices (and feel stuck or powerless or where things are "not how they should be"). It opens doors ...
Included are some essential hints, tips and advices on how to self-apply EFT more successfully and also introduces several significant new developments in the field of EFT that add some sparkle to the way you do EFT.
NEW: There is now a whole part on how to use EFT to eliminate limiting, negative or unhelpful beliefs. This rounds out the set of skills needed to maximize the results from EFT. Attendees get to personally experience using EFT in this context by locating one or more negative beliefs connected to a problem, resolve the negative emotion or energy connected with it or them and then replace it/them with a positive (useful) belief. Works like a dream!
There is also a segment on how to use EFT to help you achieve and manifest your personal goals (by bringing to the surface and then removing sub-conscious blocks that stand in the way). This includes looking into how EFT can be used with affirmations to effectively change our lives in ways and directions that we would much prefer. Most people have tried doing affirmations at one time or another with varying results. The problem most commonly encountered is that doing affirmations tends to stir up negative responses (thoughts, feelings and emotions) which are not resolved and persist even when the affirmation is done repeatedly. EFT is a brilliant tool for dealing with these (subconsciously-driven) negative responses so that our "consistent thoughts" become more aligned with our important goals and purposes. "Our consistent thoughts create our reality" - Gary Craig. Our consistent thoughts are our negative beliefs or an expression of them.
It takes practice and experience to become competent at anything. The EFT practice sessions are held at least once a month, usually on a Saturday afternoon. Pre-requisite: Anyone who has already completed the Level 2 (or Foundational) EFT workshop or the Level 3 EFT workshop is invited to come along or who has an equivalent skill set learnt elsewhere.
In these sessions, those who choose to be there will work with another person(s) doing real EFT sessions on real issues - with assistance from me as needed. It is not a course or workshop. It's practice. It doesn't matter if you are rusty or not very confident. You can re-do the level two workshop if you feel you need to (which is encouraged as it takes time to get a handle on that skill set). A minimum donation of $10 is requested to help cover venue and other costs. Venue: to be advised.
Doing the above workshop is not the end of the road. There are many options for further developing your skills in using this amazing tool and much more to learn. It's open-ended. Click here to view some of these options.
With skill and persistence, EFT has the potential to VASTLY enhance the quality of your life and relationships as it already has for TENS OF THOUSANDS of others world-wide.
